Bhikshunni Pannavati, Co-founder of the Heartwood Refuge and Retreat Center and much more, in Hendersonville, North Carolina brings her own style of music to her dharma talks and engages her local sangha in music as a way of expressing their devotion to the dharma. I stumbled on this video and thought you might enjoy it. When I was last at Heartwood, I had the privilege and pleasure of watching her practice with another group of musicians called the Heartwood Troubadours and prepare for a road trip where they sang dharma songs at several summer music festivals. She will be attending the February retreat with several of her nuns.
