Carving is taken from replicas we have of Tibetan carvings at the Holy Vajrasana Temple.

Come hear a reading of a preliminary and unofficial English translation of the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation (SAUMOL) at Hua Zang Si, 3134 22nd Street, San Francisco, CA. 94110 (415-920-9816), starting at 9:00 am on Saturday September 21 and continuing Sunday September 22, 2019. Translators will be available to translate the reading into Spanish and to enable Spanish-speakers to participate in a discussion of this extremely rare and holy text. The rest of the poster can be translated as “No need to be a Buddhist to benefit from this practice. This is for everybody looking for enlightenment and liberation and looking to benefit others and that the classes are free.”

A similar series of classes will be offered in English only in Salt Lake City at the  Xuanfa Utah Dharma Center, 755 East 600 South on November 2 from 3:00-5:00 pm and November 3 from 10:30 am until noon.

Because these are not approved translations, they no doubt will contain errors and as such can only be considered for reference and not as true Buddha-dharma.

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has transmitted numerous Buddha-dharmas in Tibet, China, and the west. However, the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation (SAUMOL) is the holiest Buddha-dharma that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has transmitted in His current lifetime. It is the highest, most supreme Buddha-dharma within all of Buddhism. Some cultivators have already achieved accomplishment through practicing part of the SAUMOL, but the majority of living beings still have not had the karmic affinity to come in contact with this precious text. A portion of the cultivation part of the SAUMOL has been available in Chinese for almost a decade, but it is not yet available in English. I had recently been granted permission to read from an unapproved translation in order to introduce this teaching to non-Chinese speakers and have been reading the text or parts of the text to groups in Sanger, North Carolina, Rosemead, San Diego, and Portland, Oregon.

I will try and explain how this type of dharma practice can be practiced at different levels and is available to anyone seeking spiritual enlightenment and liberation. You do not need to follow any master or receive any initiation to benefit from this dharma. You do not even need to be or consider yourself a Buddhist! As long as you are a person who carries out kindness, does good deeds, and benefits others, then you can learn, practice, and cultivate yourself according to the SAUMOL, making it your mission to benefit others. Then you can quickly attain liberation and accomplishment (enlightenment).

These two classes will include an introduction to the SAUMOL as well as two of the three Mind-Essences contained in the SAUMOL: “The Xiaman Most Excellent Oceanic Mind-Essence” and the “Most Excellent Enlightenment Emptiness-Practice Oceanic Mind-Essence.” It will not include specific mantras or mudras that are used in the practice. Most of the text will be offered as a guided meditation and as specific verses from the Buddha Master on His vows, practice and instructions. Although the text itself is not yet available for publication and release, I will provide guidelines on how you can proceed in this dharma practice until such time as it is.

Because translation into Spanish will take longer and questions are encouraged, the classes may continue after lunch in San Francisco. Lunch is available at the temple, but please let the nuns know if you will be staying, so they can prepare enough food (a $3 donation is suggested). You may come for all or part of these classes. Since these are such extremely holy texts, please be considerate of others if you do need to leave early or arrive late.

For more information, please contact our website. It would be especially helpful to read the discourse on “What Is Cultivation?” that was given by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
