Fruit Salad with Coconut and Lime Zest or Basil

Fruit Salad with Coconut and Lime Zest
Fruit Salad with Coconut and Lime Zest.

A simple way to make beautiful fruit taste even better. Most fruits can be served together with just a little coconut cream or milk and either chopped basil or lime zest. It is a wonderful way to have a healthy and delicious dessert any time of day. A pinch of different spices like cinnamon or cardamom or nutmeg or even smokey gochujang (Korean fermented chili) flakes can add even more taste. You can even add maple syrup to sweeten the dish, but it is not usually necessary.

  • 1 1/2 Cups Strawberries, blueberries, peaches, kiwis, grapes, mango, melon, etc.
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut milk or cream
  • Lime zest & cinnamon or basil

Mix and serve.

2 Servings.
