Receiving the Ni-Wan Lambre (Mud-Pill) Dharma–A State Practice

MRI
MRI of Zhaxi Zhuoma taken shortly after she received the Mud-Pill Dharma. Note how the skull curves in like it was wax.

I was able to have my own crown opened through the Ni-Wan Lambre or Mud-Pill Dharma, a State Practice from The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation. It was an awesome experience that produces concrete results that can be seen by others in the MRI images I had taken immediately after the ceremony that are shown here. A description of my own experience in receiving and practicing this dharma can be found here. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha has explained that one can, within two hours, attain the state of “self-attaining perfect accomplishment.” This is why it is called a “State Practice”–one experiences and sees this state of holiness.

The Buddha Master has told us that we must have our crowns opened to be able to go to either the heavenly realms or a Buddha-land after we leave this world. Our consciousness, often referred to as our “soul” in other religions, can exit through various means and how and where it exits determines where it will be reborn or go next. If through the soles of the feet from the Yong-Quan gate, one is reborn in hell; if through the lower body in the place of impurity, one is reborn as an animal; if through the navel near the stomach, one becomes a hungry ghost; through the heart, then one is reborn in the human realm; through the throat, one will reside with the asuras and demi-gods in the heavens; and if through the mud-pill gate on the crown, one goes to heaven to continue one’s practice for rebirth in the Buddha-lands. If one has the Vajra Body Substitution Meditation Dharma, one’s consciousness will exit through another opening in the crown, the Da-Le gate and go directly to the Buddha-lands. The part of the body where the soul or one’s consciousness exits will remain warm for a period of time after death while the rest of the body becomes cold. The doctor who was with the last Karmapa when he died near Zion, Illinois, stated that he was amazed that the Karmapa’s heart area remained quite warm for a long time after the rest of the body turned cold, thus indicating that the Buddhist leader would reincarnate in the human realm.

MRI
Another view of the MRI of Zhaxi Zhuoma. If you look closely, you can see a small smoke-like stream coming from the crown where the crown was opened. The MRI scan has moved beyond where the hole appeared.
