My brother Glenn sent me this video and I wanted to share it with you. This seventh or ninth century Mahayana Buddhist Temple is one place I would still like to visit. I knew it had been threatened when a nearby volcano erupted a few years ago, so I was delighted to see that they did restore it. If any of you have been there, please tell us about your experience there in the comments below. A number of years ago I was able to visit the remarkable Buddhist stupas and museums in Sri Lanka, another trip that I strongly recommend. I will try and share my trip with you on a future blog.
