Sonya wanted to add a zoom session that would focus on meditation and the rest of us agreed it was a great idea. We never have enough time for meditation and, now with the commitment to studying and practicing the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation (SAUMOL) every Sunday, we have even less. Our original intent was to have a longer service every Sunday so we could have a longer meditation session. We need the Saturday program.
Since so many of you have been chanting the “Tashi Tsigpa” in English and know its meaning, we can, for one day at least, just chant it in Tibetan. Likewise we can use the Saturday morning time to do a little chanting, but mostly do our meditation practice. Starting next Saturday at 6:00 am PDT, we will hold a group meditation practice with light chanting. Hope you can make it.
Now you can join by using the same link used for the Monday through Friday 6:00 am Pacific Time chanting. CLICK for more information.
