American Time Zones

I am so sorry that some of you missed the first reading of the third Oceanic Mind-Essence” from the SAUMOL. We have rescheduled it for March 28 so you can catch up. Next Sunday, March 21, we will complete the reading of the entire SAUMOL with a review and reflection on the “128 Evil and Erroneous Views.” We will also read the SAUMOL during the month of April.

To see the correct start time in your timezone, use this timezone converter. On the right hand side put the start time (e.g. 6:00 AM) and “Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)” or “Pacific Standard Time (PST)” in the two boxes. The left top box should show the start time in your local timezone.

Most (but not all) states in the USA practice advancing clocks so that evenings have more daylight and mornings have less. In 2021 it started March 14 and will change back on November 7. This policy is not universally popular. The way to remember is to think “Spring forward” and “Fall back.”
