Aphantasia is the inability to visualize mental images or not being able to picture something in your mind. Since our tantric practice does require visualization, I have met several very serious students who have been quite concerned about having this condition. One of them introduced me to the condition and the fact that it is more common than believed and a relatively unstudied phenomenon. I have not had time to write a proper article on this matter, but I will introduce you to the Aphantasia Network and hope that I can get some of you to comment on your insights on the phenomena.
