Holy Vajra Poles

Today is the anniversary of our recognizing the Holy Vajra Poles. It was on November 8, 2010 that they started shaking. These photos and links to other articles tell the story.

Before COVID, every year many Buddhists made a pilgrimage to see and receive the blessings of the Holy Vajra Poles located at the Holy Vajrasana Temple. CLICK to view another video of these holy poles and to learn more. Visitors often stay and meditate near the poles. One, or sometimes all five of the poles will shake or vibrate like giant tuning forks for the visitors. CLICK to learn how poles were identified. CLICK for more on empowerment of site by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and how it was identified as a vajra throne.

Light beings, sometimes called “orbs” can often be photographed around the Holy Vajra Poles and elsewhere at the temple. In the low light and slow shutter of the photo taken below at the site of the poles, these circular images appear as streaks as they quickly move through the night sky. This phenomena is more visible in the photo taken in the better lit attic shot. An enlargement of several of these orbs is shown at the bottom in a photo taken at a presentation on the treasure book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III given by Zhaxi Zhuoma in New York City in 2009. These beings and other phenomena often appear when the Buddha-dharma is being transmitted or discussed.
